Terms of Service

2.1 Free Plan

• Users receive a free usage tier with limited functionality
• No payment information required for the free plan

2.2 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Yearly Plan: Billed annually on a recurring basis with discounted rate

2.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Renewal charges occur at the beginning of each billing period
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

2.4 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record
• Polar.sh handles billing, payment processing, and tax compliance
• You must provide accurate and complete billing information
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current

3.1 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via Polar.sh
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period

3.2 No Refund Policy

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person - account sharing is prohibited
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users

5.1 Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data synchronized from NinjaTrader
• We will not sell or share your data with third parties
• Data export functionality may be added in future updates
• Upon account deletion, all data is immediately and permanently removed

5.2 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for any losses due to service unavailability

6.1 Required Add-on

• Installation Required: The NinjaTrader add-on must be installed to use NinShot
• The add-on is the only way to sync chart screenshots into NinShot
• Add-on provided as-is without additional warranties

6.2 API Token Security

• Keep your API token confidential
• You are responsible for any activity using your API token
• Tokens can be regenerated at any time through your account
• We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your API token
