Ninshot is a subscription-based chart sharing service exclusively designed for NinjaTrader users.

NinjaTrader Integration Required: NinShot requires installation of our NinjaTrader add-on, which synchronizes your chart screenshots to our web application. This is the only method for importing screenshots into NinShot.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices
• The results from using our Service
• Protection against all security threats
• NinjaTrader add-on compatibility with all configurations

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds after subscription purchase
• Service access ends at subscription expiration

You may not:

• Share account credentials or API tokens
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws
• Harass other users or staff
• Misuse the NinjaTrader integration

Your use of NinShot is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining your privacy. Key points include:

• We never sell or share your data
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• You can delete your account and all data at any time
• We comply with applicable data protection laws

This Legal Notice and your use of NinShot are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

NinShot is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States:

• You consent to data transfer to the United States
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws
• Service availability may vary by region

If any provision of this Legal Notice is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

We reserve the right to update this Legal Notice at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify users of material changes via email.
